Series LB

The LB Series has been developed for industrial applications requiring high-speed linear motion in harsh or contaminated environments. These belt-driven linear actuators are designed to deliver robustness, precision, and long-term reliability, even under demanding operating conditions.

The structure is built around a high-rigidity anodized aluminum extrusion, fully protected by a stainless-steel cover strip that shields the transmission system and linear guides from dust, chips, and other contaminants.

Motion is transmitted by a polyurethane timing belt reinforced with steel tensile cords, ensuring smooth and fast travel over long strokes. The carriage runs on preloaded recirculating ball guides, providing high precision, excellent stability, and extended service life.

The LB Series is ideally suited for automation lines, material handling systems, assembly equipment, and Cartesian gantries where high dynamic performance, rigidity, and complete protection of internal components are essential.

Available in three sizes — 40, 65, and 80 mm — the LB Series can be configured in various mounting arrangements and is compatible with synchronization kits and dedicated accessories for integration into LX Automation multi-axis systems.
