Ball Screw Linear Actuators with Dual Linear Guides for Maximum Rigidity and Precision
The KS Series is a range of ball screw-driven linear actuators developed for applications requiring precise motion, high rigidity, and accurate positioning control.
The use of two parallel recirculating ball linear guides provides exceptional resistance to overturning moments and outstanding carriage stability, even under eccentric or dynamic loads.
The anodized aluminum extrusion structure ensures excellent overall rigidity while maintaining compact dimensions and high resistance to bending.
Motion is generated through a precision ball screw drive, delivering smooth, efficient, and highly repeatable linear movement with consistent performance over time.
KS actuators are available in both single-carriage and dual-carriage configurations, allowing load support to be optimized according to specific application requirements.
The series is particularly suitable for positioning systems, assembly equipment, precision automation, and controlled handling applications where rigidity, accuracy, and long-term reliability are essential.
Available in three sizes — 90, 110, and 145 mm — the KS Series can be configured with different screw leads, motor flanges, and mounting accessories. It integrates seamlessly with other LX Automation product families to create high-precision multi-axis systems.
