Ball Screw Linear Actuators for Precision Applications with Medium to Heavy Loads
The LS Series is a range of ball screw-driven linear actuators designed to provide precise, rigid, and reliable linear motion in applications requiring compact dimensions and medium to heavy load capacity.
The anodized aluminum extrusion structure delivers excellent rigidity while maintaining a compact footprint and reduced weight.
The carriage runs on recirculating ball linear guides, ensuring stability, precision, and long service life, even under dynamic loads and intensive duty cycles.
The ball screw drive provides smooth and consistent motion, enabling accurate positioning and efficient power transmission over short to medium stroke lengths.
Thanks to its compact design and ease of installation, the LS Series can be easily integrated into Cartesian gantries, assembly modules, and automated handling systems, offering high reliability and long-term performance.
Available in three sizes — 40, 65, and 80 mm — the LS Series can be configured with different screw leads, motor flanges, and mounting accessories. It is fully compatible with other LX Automation product families for the creation of high-precision multi-axis systems.
