Belt-Driven Linear Actuators for Industrial Automation
The EB Series includes belt-driven linear actuators designed to provide fast, precise, and reliable motion in industrial automation applications.
Thanks to their robust construction and versatility, they can be used in both horizontal and vertical configurations, adapting to a wide range of handling and positioning requirements.
The structure is based on a self-supporting, high-rigidity anodized aluminum extrusion, allowing direct installation on machines and structures without the need for additional supports.
Motion is transmitted by a polyurethane timing belt reinforced with steel tensile cords, ensuring smooth and quiet operation even over long strokes. The carriage runs on preloaded recirculating ball guides, providing excellent precision, stability, and load capacity.
The modular design allows the EB Series to be easily integrated into Cartesian gantries, material handling systems, assembly equipment, and automated production lines while maintaining consistent performance and reduced maintenance requirements.
A reversible drive unit enables motor mounting on either side of the actuator, offering maximum installation flexibility.
Available in four sizes — 30, 60, 135, and 180 mm — the EB Series can be equipped with motor flanges, mounting accessories, and position sensors, simplifying integration into multi-axis systems and custom automation machines.
